Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy strives to excel in Customer Service. We will do our best to ship all (standard stock item) orders within 1 to 3 business days. Unfortunately we have no control over the shipment of non-stock and special order items, in this case the date of your shipment may vary beyond our control.

Expedited/Air Shipments

In order for us to ship your expedited order (including air shipments) the same day, your order must be placed before 3:00 p.m. CST during operating business hours. Orders placed on weekends, after hours, or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship most of our orders via UPS. If an order exceeds UPS's weight limit of 150 Lbs. and/or size limit, your order will be shipped by a freight company. In this case a customer service representative will contact you and provide you with the best possible quote on shipping costs.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are based on weight and shipping zone figured in real time using UPS's database. Please understand due to packaging weight or multiple boxes not being factored into your original freight quote, your shipping charges may differ slightly. If the difference is greater than 15%, we will call you for an approval before processing your order.

Orders shipped via common carrier are dock or curbside delivery ONLY and do not include "Lift-Gate", "Inside Delivery", or any other special services unless otherwise specified.

Handling Charge

We are currently not assesing a handling charge.

International Shipping

If you want your order shipped outside of the United States, then you must use a Freight Forwarding Service because we do not ship directly outside of the United States. Once you have a freight forwarder, you can simply enter the agreed upon shipping address (as long as it's inside of the U.S.) when you are ordering your items, or you can give us a call at 1-888-724-0999 if you need any help.

Return Policy

There will be a 25% re-stocking fee applied to all items that are refundable (electrical parts are non-refundable). Freight charges are not refundable. Products cannot be returned without prior authorization of a Cold Side Parts Customer Service representative. To receive a credit (with the exception of freight charges), items must be returned freight prepaid within 30 days of receiving your order, unopened, and in the same condition we shipped it to you. For your security, we recommend shipping all returned merchandise through an insured carrier with tracking options like UPS or Federal Express. Cold Side Parts will not be held responsible for any items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

Special Order Returns

Special Order, Made to Order, and Non-Stock items are Non-Refundable.
